Working Student – Geosciences

Neumann Baugrunduntersuchung GmbH & Co. KG (Eckernförde, Germany) seeks a working student in geosciences to support ground investigation and geotechnical project work. Start as soon as possible. Employment is a Werkstudent contract (approximately 20 hours per week during the lecture period and 40 hours per week in the lecture-free period).

Profile

• Studies civil engineering or geosciences

• Very good German (spoken and written)

• Team-oriented, conscientious work style

• Class B driving licence

Tasks

• Support engineering projects (e.g. background studies)

• Support and perform geotechnical calculations

• Contribute to expert reports / assessments

• Contribute to planning ground investigation (Baugrunderkundung)

• Attend and conduct site visits

• Optional involvement in laboratory testing
